Basic Service
This report consists of group information obtained from hotel readerboards
collected on a daily basis six days per week, Monday through Saturday. The
Basic Service report is organized by hotel first, then listing the group
names alphabetically, followed by their activities in chronological order.
This will provide an easy evaluation of a multiple day meeting that might
utilize guest rooms versus a one-time food and beverage or meeting event.

Annual Repeat Report
We can query our extensive database to create a
report showing you groups that meet on a re-occurring basis. The criteria
for this report can include the number of years a group has met, number of
consecutive days, and can be targeted to specific need months. The
advantage of this report is to identify your competitors on-going repeat
annual business.

Research Service
Research Service is a service that CMX provides that allows your sales staff
to concentrate on selling while we concentrate on researching the
readerboard data. This service allows you to choose the events on your
readerboard reports that you want to have researched. CMX will then research
each event and provide you with a prospect report consisting
of a contact name, address and phone number.

Top 50 Report
The Top 50 Report can tell you who your competition's Top 50 most active
groups are by reporting which organizations meet most often. This report can
be generated by using any of our queriable fields based on what is of most
interest to you. While Top 50 is our most popular report, we can report on
any number--how about Top 20 or Top 100?

Market Share Report
The Market Share Report is a favorite for properties who would like to know
where a particular client group is meeting and what percentage of that
group's business is going to which properties. The Market Share Report can
be presented as a chart showing a graphical representation of each
property's share of the total number of events as a percentage and as whole
numbers.

Holiday Periods Report
The Holiday Periods Report is good for those properties interested in
enhancing their activity during Holiday Periods. This report lets you know
which groups in your market meet during these critical times. Though CMX
does not read readerboards on the day of a national holiday, we do typically
read the day before and the day after (except Sundays). From this research
we are able to extrapolate what groups are active during any holiday period.

Special Need & Historical Period Report
The Special Need Period Report is perfect for properties that have a group
that has cancelled on short notice or reduced their commitment of guest
rooms and meeting space. This report is also perfect for properties looking
for in-conjunction-with business. This report provides a listing of groups
who have met during your special need period in previous years.
